About this event
Track Day Crew Appreciation Day
Presented by Race Pace Track Days
You spend all season making sure everyone else gets their laps in—now it’s your turn.
Chuckwalla Valley Raceway has generously donated this special day just for track day staff from across the region. Race Pace is running the event under our no sessions rules and format, but this one’s all about you.
We’re simply covering the cost of the medical crew and track staff—everything else is about getting out there and having fun.
Come spin some laps, swap stories in the paddock, and enjoy a no-pressure day doing what we love.
No-Sessions Track Day
How the Day Works
Race Pace Track Days normally operates a No-Sessions Track Day for Advanced Riders Only, with Verified and Unverified rider groups and lap-time thresholds for open access.
For this Staff Appreciation Day, we’re simplifying things. We’re all experienced professionals who know how to manage space, pace, and respect on track.
-
Open Track: Everyone will enjoy open access all day.
-
First 20 Minutes: Slower or less aggressive riders are encouraged to take advantage of the first 20 minutes of each hour.
-
Faster Riders: Please respect that window and give extra room early in the hour.
-
Optional Jerseys: If anyone would like to wear a visibility vest to help faster riders spot them, we’ll have some available
The schedule is as follows:
Gates open 24 hours
7:00 am Registration Open
8:00 am Riders Meeting
9 am Bikes on Track
12 to 1 pm Lunch
4 pm Done
